About HappyNose

HappyNose is a newly established online business based at Malaysia, beginning August 2011. As a fairly new entity, our focus is to build a reputable image by providing quality products and services using a niche marketing strategies (meaning that we dealt through friends and recommendations from the beginning).

Our solid perfumes (Artisan Range & Original Range) are fully imported from New Zealand.

We are currently in the middle of sourcing for more quality fragranced products. We will keep you updated in our Facebook Page.

We ensure our products come from reliable and trustworthy sources. All our products contain no preservatives, no animal ingredients and no any dangerous elements.

Ordering Options

We only accept cash deposits and online transfers at this moment. Please submit your order form and we will proceed with e-mail confirmation and payment details. Pending authorization, we will process your order for shipping within 24-48 hours upon receiving of payment (terms & conditions apply).

Email us your payment details:-

  1. Cash deposits: E-mail us your name and deposit slip (the number at the right bottom of your deposit slip). It will be better if you can scan the slip and attach it together in the e-mail.
  2. Online transfers: E-mail us your name and online transaction number. It will be better if you can copy and paste the whole information of the confirmation page upon completing your online banking transfer process.

No COD (Cash on Delivery) services available as of now. However, you could go to the nearest retailers and purchase directly from them.

Should an item run out of stock at the time your order is received, we will contact you promptly via e-mail or by phone.

Shipping Method and Delivery Time

Currently, we are using POSLAJU (MALAYSIA) and EMS (POS MALAYSIA) Courier Services for local and international orders. We will provide your tracking number via e-mail upon delivery of your order. Click here to track your parcel online:

Alternatively, you can call 1-300-300-300 (local) or +603-2727 9100 to track the exact location of your parcel.

Local Deliveries: PosLaju guarantees next working day delivery (D+1) within PosLaju coverage areas. For areas outside its coverage, 2-3 working days standard delivery timeframe may apply.

Please note:

  • Delivery by Registered Post: Signature is required. We suggest having parcels sent to your workplace if you are not available to sign for delivery at home.
  • Over 25% of deliveries are late due to customs hold-ups, or because nobody is at home to sign for and take delivery.
  • PO boxes or military addresses: We can only ship by non-registered post to such addresses as this is the only method that doesnít require a signature upon receipt. Please note that if you choose this option, which we donít recommend, youíre accepting liability for non-delivery for whatsoever reasons. Non-registered posts canít be tracked.

Some Important Notes

  • All goods sold are NOT returnable.
  • Price shown is FIXED. However, it may be vary during promotions.
  • Customers MUST report defective goods within one (1) day after receiving of goods. Our warranty is only valid within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.
  • As all necessary precautions have been taken care of in delivering of goods, we will not be responsible for any damage or loss of items during delivery.
